He was predeceased by: his father George A. McLoughlin; and his brother Michael McLoughlin. He is survived by: his mother Leona McLoughlin (Claus) of Mechanicsville, VA; and his siblings, George B. (Aiza) of Richmond, VA and Coleen M. Maitland (Mike) of Richmond, VA. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
