He was predeceased by: his father Ernest Knauff; and his brother Mike Knauff. He is survived by: his mother Mary Ruth Knauff (Swisshelm) of Peebles; his son Erik Knauff of Peebles; his brother Brian Knauff (Angie) of Peebles; and his aunts, Betty Seaman of Peebles and Wealthy Dempsey of Felicity. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family requests that memorial donations be made to Steve's family.
