He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Hilton O'Diam and Mary Irene Emswiller O'Diam; his siblings, John O'Diam, Alfred O'Diam (Midge) and Mary Jane Howland (Bill); and his brother-in-law Larry Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth O'Diam; his daughter Mary Linda O'Diam Holsinger; and his siblings, Roger O'Diam (Loretta) and Bonnie Miller. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.
