She is survived by: her daughter Debra Boothe (Keith) of Peebles; her grandchildren, Jason Boothe (Kathryn) of Peebles and Jennifer Williamson (Rick Jr.) of Chillicothe, Ohio; her great grandchildren, Noah Boothe (Deanna), Elayna VanHoy and Haylee VanHoy; her siblings, Shirley Allred, Rick Hodges (Cindy) and David Hodges; and her sister-in-law Polly Combs.
