It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Lee Barnes of Peebles, Ohio, born in West Union, Ohio, who passed away on February 3, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernie Barnes and Edith Barnes (Bayless); and his brother Dale Barnes. He is survived by: his children, Deanna Barnes of New Port Ritchey, Florida, Clifton Barnes of Springhill, Florida, Charles Payne of Peebles, Casey Barnes of Middletown, Timmy Barnes of Lexington, Kentucky and Terry Barnes of Holliday, Florida; and his sister Darlene Turner of Peebles. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
