He is survived by: his wife Sandra Moore (Smalley); his children, Richard Shane Moore (Krista) of Lynchburg, Tony Moore (Laura) of Peebles, Tangie Mills of Greenfield, BJ Stone (Shane) of Peebles and Misty Moore of Seaman; his siblings, Larry Moore of Peebles and Arlene Lung of Batavia; and his close friends, Richard Dunn and Casper Dwight. He is also survived by his eleven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
