It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Lee Leeth (Peebles, Ohio), who passed away on March 5, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleopus "Dick" Leeth and Maude Dewey Leeth; his spouse Dorothy "Dot" Mae Williamson; his sisters, Charlotte Montgomery, Farrel Stephenson, Bessy Brandenburg, Ica McCoy, Ottalee Shelton and Mamie Asman; and his brothers-in-law, Mac Asman, Jack Brandenburg, Steve Stephenson and John L. McCoy.
He is survived by: his children, Jerry Lee Leeth (Billi) and Joyce Welsh (Brad) of Waverly; his grandchildren, Cody "Anita" Leeth, Jenelle "Ryan", Brady Glenn Welsh and Nate Richard Welsh; and his brothers-in-law, Skid Montgomery and Kenny Shelton.
