He was predeceased by: his parents, Starley Heppard and Thelma Heppard (Pence); and his brother Earl Heppard. He is survived by: his wife Susie Heppard (Jenkins) of Peebles; and his brother Dean Heppard of Florida. He is also survived by his four grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
