He is survived by: his children, Rick Johnson (Nicole) of Dayton and Shelly Kendall of Cincinnati; and his siblings, Bucky Johnson (Jackie) of Peebles, Jerry Johnson (Judy) of Peebles, Danny Johnson (Jeanie) of Peebles, Lorene Couser of Peebles and Debbie Johnson of Peebles.
