He is survived by: his wife Linda Montgomery; his daughters, Kathy Schaffner (Leslie Hiser) of West Portsmouth and Penny Gunter (Charlie) of Peebles; his grandchildren, John Lowe, Katrina Lowe, Kendall Harris (Amber), Clark Lowe, Jr. (Shyanne), Kayla Benson (Ryan) and Harley Taylor (Garrett Thompson); and his siblings, Faye Furner (Charles) of Weston, Bobbie Law of Weston, Betty Law of Peebles, Mary Law of Carroll, Edward Law (Sheila) of Clarksburg and Dorothy Sands of Parkersburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
