It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Ann (Peebles, Ohio), who passed away on November 1, 2018, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Ernest P. Mustard; her sister Bertha Grooms; her brothers-in-law, Mack Grooms and Norman Dewey; and her nieces, Amanda Dewey and Sheila Kitchen.
She is survived by: her parent Lillie B. Smith Mustard; her spouse Raymond Leon Mercer; and her stepchildren, William Mercer (Laura) of Centerville, Raymond Mercer Jr. (Jodi) of Colorado, Patricia Henson (Paul) of Centerville and Wanda Combo (Dave) of Phoenix, Arizona. She is also survived by seven step grandchildren, thirteen step great grandchildren and 3 step great great grandchildren; a brother, Jeff Mustard and wife Debbie of Piketon; a sister, Erma Dewey of Piketon, Ohio and several nieces and nephews.
