She is survived by: her children, Herman Lightner (Misty) of Peebles, Louise Crawford (Duane) of West Union, Jeff Lightner (Amy) of Amelia and James Lightner (Jill) of Belfast; and her siblings, Pete Rhoads of Hillsboro, Andy Rhoads of Seaman, Joe Rhoads of Portsmouth, Alice Dillion (Dave) of Leesburg, Jessie Cox (Kenny) of Dayton, Jenny Rhoads of Hillsboro and Marie Throckmorton (Dean) of Leesburg. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren.
