She is survived by: her children, Richard Penny (Tina) of Spokane, Washington, Marc Strapko of Cincinnati, Greg Penny (Kim) of Manchester and Lisa Davis (Jim) of Peebles; her siblings, Bill Mahan of Cincinnati, Charlene Ochs of Harrison, Ohio and Kathleen Yates of Indiana; and her close friend William L Penny. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
