She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Ryan and Ocie Ryan (Spence); her husband Frankie Stephens; her children, Vone Stephens and Brenda; her son-in-law Charlie Combs; her siblings, Gary Ryan, Dick Ryan, Mary Hooper and Betty Puckett; and her grandchildren, Julian Conaway and Ryan Combs.
She is survived by: her children, Butch Stephens of Peebles, David Stephens (Pam) of Peebles, Neal Stephens (Maria) of Sinking Spring, Frankie Stephens (Katy) of Peebles and Mary Conaway (Bub) of Peebles; and her daughter-in-law Rebecca Stephens. She is also survived by her fourteen grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, and four great, great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Peebles Church of Christ (6050 Steam Furnace Rd, Peebles, OH 45660). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
