He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Clark and Nettie Clark (Hill); and his son Terry Dean Clark. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Clark (Taylor); his children, Kevin Clark of Springboro, Paul Clark of Peebles and Paula Clark of West Union; his grandsons, Allen Clark, Logan Spires and Nicholas Clark; and his great grandchildren, Jaxson Clark and Zoey Clark.
