He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Hensley and Rose Hensley (Hart); and his grandparents, Sullivan, Erma Hensley, Clifford and Norella Hart.
He is survived by: his nephew Stanley Fogal; his sons, Mike Hensley of Wheelersburg and Matthew Hensley of Wheelersburg; and his siblings, Ralph Hensley of Ironton, Debbie Cox of Pedro and Rita Darby (Dean) of Coal Grove. He is also survived by three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
