We are sad to announce that on November 28, 2019, at the age of 46, Matthew Penn (Peebles, Ohio), born in Hamilton, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, William Penn, Jr. and Vickie Lynn Penn (Mitchell); his brother John Penn (Amber) of Peebles; his stepmother Kimberly Penn of Lucasville; his stepsister Brandi Stedding of Virginia; and his pet Maximus. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
