She was predeceased by: her parents, William Collins and Rena Collins (Madden); her husband Joseph Parsons; her daughter Jamima Margaret Parsons; and her siblings, Grover Collins, Luther Collins, Arthur Collins, Buddy Collins, John Henry Collins, Billy Ray Collins, Ernest Banks, Charlie Banks, Marie Moore and Esther Lucas.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Penny (Bob) of Peebles, Jeannie Richter (Gary) of Peebles, Sandy Powell (Jerry) of Hillsboro, Cindy Gill (Artie) of West Union, Joe Parsons (Sandie) of Martinsville, Ohio and Tom Parsons (Michelle) of Peebles; and her siblings, Barbara Collins of Franklin and Frankie Collins of Kentucky. She is also survived by her thirteen grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
