She was predeceased by: her parents, James H. Shell and Mary B. Shell (West); her husband Walter G. "Shorty" Knauff; her brother James H. Shell, Jr.; and her brother-in-law Hubert "Red" Knauff.
She is survived by: her daughters, Michele Wilson (Mike) of Dandridge, Tennessee, Kathy Knauff (Robin Lunsford) of Peebles, Kris Brown (Mike) of Peebles, Trish Fraley (Jim) of Peebles and Julie Mislansky (Tim) of West Chester; her grandchildren, Jarred Wilson, Adam Wilson, Christopher Brown, Josh Brown (Heather), Johanna Fraley, Jessica Johnson (Josh), Kamryn Craft (Max), Joseph Mislansky and Mary Mislansky; her great grandchildren, Jaxon Wilson, Payton Johnson, Bo Johnson and Kanon Craft; her nephew Gary Shell of Cincinnati; her niece Dewilda Little of Cincinnati; and her close friend Angie Raynard of Peebles.
