It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillian Young (Peebles, Ohio), who passed away on November 14, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Shoemaker and Genevieve Shoemaker (Shield); her husband Harley Young, Jr.; her son Bill Scott; her brothers, Robert Plessinger and Roscoe Shields; and her grandson Chad Michael Scott.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Melissa Bowman of Michigan and Christopher Scott; and her siblings, Charmaine Austin of Michigan, Teresa Vroman of Michigan and Jim Whitley of Peebles. She is also survived by her 12 great-grandchildren and her 3 great, great grandchildren.
