He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harold and Opal Browning (Swayne). He is survived by: his wife Sheila Browning (Allen); his children, Neal Browning (Staci) of Peebles, Melissa Browning of Peebles, Becky Browning of Peebles and Sami Browning of Peebles; and his siblings, Gary Browning of Peebles, Danny Browning of Peebles, Regina Jakab of West Union, Deborah Wyatt of Atlanta Georgia and Teressa Shoemaker of West Union. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
