With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Keith Allen Lowe of Peebles, Ohio, born in West Union, Ohio, who passed away on August 23, 2023 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hayes Lowe and Virginia Lowe (Stacey); his son Dewayne Lowe (Lisa) of Peebles; and his siblings, Paul, Hayes, Bobby, Danny, Joe, Irvin, Dave Lowe and Nancy Leeth.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Lowe (Vest); his children, Rob Roepke (Kandi) of Peebles, Sam Roepke (Michelle) of Peebles, Theresa Carraher (Mike) of Mowrystown and Angie Blanton (Tony) of Peebles; and his siblings, Denver Lowe (Jamie), Melody Penniston-Jones, Lisa Smith and Carolyn Wallace. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
