He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Monroe and Lina Monroe (Cadwallader). He is survived by: his sons, Ronnie Dale Monroe of Trenton, OH, Gary Wayne Monroe (Patty), Terry Lee Monroe of Lebanon, OH and David Keith Monroe of Peebles, OH; and his siblings, Vivian Turner of St. Paris, OH, Kenneth Skip Monroe of Peebles, OH and Ralph Monroe of Urbana, OH. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
