She was predeceased by: her parents, George Osborne and Beatrice Osborne (Lewis); her husband James "Jim" Garman; her brother Mason Osborne; and her father-in-law Everett Garman.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Garman of Sinking Spring, Mark Garman (Pamela) of Chillicothe, Michele Ahrman (Raymond) of Peebles and Carol Cadwallader of Peebles; her siblings, Daniel Osborne of Sabina and Juanita Strain; and her sister-in-law Donna Osborne. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
