He is survived by: his wife Gretchen (Reiter); his siblings, Elizabeth (Neiman) and George (Burton); his children, Dawn Sarver (Roger) and John Burton (Jessica); his grandchildren, Malinda, Joshua, Lisa, James, Marcus, Cristina and John Connor; and his great grandchildren, Katarina, Alyssa, Tyler, Ian, Riley, Jaxon, Wyatt, Gretchen, Michael and Abby Ann.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
