He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Owen and Mary Owen (Lowe); and his brother Robert K Owen. He is survived by: his wife Ann Wingert Owen; and his daughters, Janel Hartmann (Nick) of Morrow, Ohio, Kris Garrett (Jerry) of Sardinia and Kara Varwig (Dave) of Lebanon, Ohio.. He is also survived by his four grandchildren.
