Stevens, Cassie Stevens, Ben Stevens, Glen Hay, Jaxson Hay, Maddie Hay, Amber Johnson and Allen Johnson; his great grandchildren, Raylynn, Eddie, Mason and Karter; his siblings, Lance Vanderver, Vance Vanderver, Don Pugh and Donna Pugh; and his uncle Archie Vanderver (Mary).
