He was predeceased by: his stepfather Robert Lowe; his brother Willard Lowe; his uncle Jonathan Bollinger; and his grandparents, Devonna Bollinger, Jefferson Lee Mayes I and Linda Howland.
He is survived by: his mother Jode Shelton (Ratliff); his daughter Lexi Mayes; his father Jefferson Lee Mayes II (Margie); his siblings, Christina Redden (John), Brittany Ritchie (Rocky), Megan Bumgardner, Savannah Mayes, Thomas Shelton and Charles Lowe; and his grandparents, Vickie McNerlin (John) and Joseph Ratliff. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family and friends.
