He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Swayne and Ruby Swayne (Smith); and his siblings, Phil Swayne and Karen Swayne. He is survived by: his wife Doris Swayne (Stack); his children, Jeff Swayne (Amy) of Hillsboro, Ben Cox (Lydia) of Cherry Fork, Jennifer Black (Ryan) of Centerville, Nikki Blodgett of Peebles and Becky Minton (Matthew) of Peebles; and his sisters, Sharon Fulton (Phil) of Peebles, Marilyn McCoy (Terry) of Springfield, Robin Lawhorn of Hillsboro and Lisa Brown (David) of Peebles. He is also survived by his seventeen grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Jed's memory to the Franklin Fire Association, 167 Elliott Avenue, Peebles, Ohio 45660.
