With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jay H. Ross of Peebles, Ohio, born in West Union, Ohio, who passed away on October 9, 2023 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold F. Ross and Geneva Ross (Baldwin). He is survived by: his wife Noelle Ross of Peebles; his children, Justin Ross (Vanessa), Brittany Aldridge of Winchester, Jessica Rose of Peebles and Morgan Lucas of Sardinia; and his sister Neita Nicely of West Union. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
