He is survived by: his wife Shirley Gilpin (Conley); his daughter Kyla Bailey of Peebles; his siblings, Jessie Gilpin (Donna) of Seaman, Mary Kathryn Keets of Hillsboro and Doris Shaw (Hillsboro); and his grandson Leland Bailey.
