She was predeceased by: her husband Max Woolums, Sr.; her parents, Charlie Ames and Inez Ames (Bellamy); her daughter Toni Goforth; her grandson Michael Spicer; and her son-in-law Randy Fetters.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Woolums of Peebles, Tammy Fetters of West Union and Max Woolums (Lorrie) of Brownstown, Michigan; her grandchildren, Krissy Woolums (David Cobb) of West Union, Heather Francis (Jay) of Colorado, Samantha Bailey (David) of Clearwater, Alisha Walters (Matthew) of Cameron, Illinios, James Goforth (Karla) of Luna Pier and Travis Woolums (Amber) of Cameron, Illinios; and her brothers, John Ames (Mary) of Blue Creek, Roy Ames (Nancy) of Peebles and James Ames (Edna) of Brownsville. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
