She is survived by: her husband John Howard; her son Richard Taylor; her grandchildren, Jill Taylor and Scott Holsinger; her brothers, Tommy Taylor, Roger Taylor and Elden Taylor; and her children, Rosemary Warden (Todd) of Princeton, Barbara Hoople of Wheelersburg, Virgie Howard of Hillsboro, Evelyn Howard-Osborn of Sinking Springs and Troy Howard of Hillsboro.
