He was predeceased by: his parents, Winson "Mark" Ryan and Mary Edith Ryan (Smalley); his daughter Gina Kristin Anderson; and his brother Leroy Winson. He is survived by: his sisters, Sharon Malcom (Bob) of Peebles and Becky Hedges (Frank) of Hillsboro; and his son-in-law Russell Anderson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in Bill's name to the Missionary Evangelical Church of Christ, 206 Rarden Road, Peebles, Ohio 45660.
