He was predeceased by: his parents, George Puckett and Dollie Puckett (Egles). He is survived by: his wife Betty Puckett (Ryan); his sons, Rick Puckett (Shelley) of Peebles and Rob Puckett (Podie) of Peebles; and his brother Jack Puckett of Sinking Spring.
