It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fonetta Hilterbran of Peebles, Ohio, born in Melvin, Kentucky, who passed away on February 14, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Mullins and Hattie Mullins (Little); her son Rodney Hilterbran; and her granddaughter Cassie Mootz. She is survived by: her husband Jack Hilterbran; her children, Randy Hilterbran (Diana) of Peebles and Sue Mootz (Glen) of Peebles; her brothers, Julius Mullins of Kentucky and Gene Mullins of Fairborn, Ohio; and her grandson Mark Stone.
