She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Adkins and Viola Adkins (Justice); her husband Ralph Riddle; and her sisters, Glessie Burke, Nannie Justice (Reet) and Karen Elliott.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Riddle (Sheila) of Hillsboro, Mark Riddle (Kim) of West Union, Mary Swayne (Alton) of Peebles and Amanda Lewis (Terry) of Peebles; and her siblings, John Adkins of Tennessee, Roy Adkins of North Carolina, Garry Adkins of Mississippi, Jeff Adkins of Rarden, Denver Adkins of Kentucky, Bessie Leedy of Peebles, Wilma Roden of Michigan and Clena Maynard of Portsmouth. She is also survived by her 9 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.
