She is survived by: her husband Vernon Cummins; her daughter Kimberley Beers (James) of Sabina, Ohio; her siblings, Frank Robinson (Paula) of Wilmington, Ohio, Gina Tate (Aaron) of Clarksville and Donna Hersman (Billy Bowman) of Lebanon; and her grandchildren, Lily Ann and Aaron.
