She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathaniel Blythe and Anna Blythe (Snider); her husband J. C. Cox; her son Johnny Cox; and her siblings, Donald Blythe and Doris Markins.
She is survived by: her children, Danny Ogden (Barb) of Peebles, Susan Hammonds of Peebles, Rosellen Roberts (Richard) of Seaman, Debbie Rigdon (Terry) of Seaman and Cathy Ryan (Kelly) of Peebles; and her siblings, Russell Blythe (Sarah Kay) of Seaman and Carol Bishop of Toledo. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
