He is survived by: his wife Rose Hodges Slone; his daughter Debra Boothe (Keith) of Peebles; his granddaughter Jennifer Elaine Williamson (Rick Jr.) of Chillicothe, Ohio; his great grandchildren, Noah Matthew Boothe, Deanna Hoover, Elayna VanHoy and Haylee VanHoy; his sister Polly Combs of Marion, Ohio; his nieces and nephews, Brenda Singer (Bryan), Vickie Collins (Stanley), Darlene Leonard, Liz Bates (David), Bobby Slone and Robert Waughtel; and his siblings-in-law, Rickey Hodges (Cindy), David Hodges and Shirley Allred. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
