He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Conn and Mabel Conn (Rothwell); his sons, Jerry Conn of Trent Conn and Travis Conn; and his siblings, Tracy, Grace Henderson, Bernice Stewart, Margie Nesbit, Elsie Slack and Lucille Potts.
He is survived by: his wife Garnet Conn (Wilson); his children, Chris Conn (Robin) of Peebles, Jamie Conn (Nathania) of West Union, Melissa Windle (Matthew) of Peebles, Melinda Detty (Rodney) of Chillicothe and Karen Conn of Peebles; and his brother Junior Conn of Grove City, Ohio.. He is also survived by his eleven grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.
