He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Parker and Wilma Parker (Burchett); and his brother Everett Parker, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia Clark (Jim) of Hillsboro, Jennifer McMahan (Scott) of Peebles and Karen Rice of Peebles; and his siblings, Judy Johnson of Peebles, Ronnie Parker of Peebles, Mary Forman of Peebles and Diane Parker (Rodney Bracken) of West Union. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren.
