She was predeceased by: her parents, Theron Gustin and Mary Gustin (Boldman). She is survived by: her husband Bill Stevens; her son Mark Lowe (Patti) of Peebles; her stepdaughter Teresa Eichenlaub (Jim) of Wilmington; her grandchildren, Zach Lowe (Breanna) and Casie Cox (Josh); and her great grandchildren, Bentley, Carter, Willow, Ivan and Daniel.
