We are sad to announce that on May 2, 2019, at the age of 46, Brian Monroe (Peebles, Ohio), born in West Union, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Virginia "Ginny" Monroe (Dunham) and Kenneth "Skip" Monroe of Peebles; and his sister Tina Rigdon (Joe) of Manchester. He was also cherished by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
