She is survived by: her husband Tom McDonough; her sons, Mike Hawkins (Kim), Doug Hawkins (Marsha) and David Hawkins; her son-in-law Jeff Case; her stepchildren, Michael McDonough (Catherine) and Kathy Feltner (Ed); her grandchildren, Kim Trampler (Todd), Donna Hawkins (Shane), Melissa Bernard (Brandon), Mary Sanders (Ed), Laura Case (Roy), Amanda McFarland (Brian), Mattie Ferguson (Chris), Jeff Case Jr., Amy, Allison, Austin and Clinton Case (Ashley); her great grandchildren, Lawson, Logan, Payton, Ryder, Kylie, Brianna, Mayci, Jesika, Roy, Elizabeth, Michael, Christopher, Wiliam, Robbie, Douglas, Amariah, Jade and Jojo; and her great great grandchildren, Jordan, Jacob, Waylan, Wylie, Colten, Lokota, Lakely Jo, Kinsley, Miles, Braxton, Amara, Memphis, Logan, Wrenlie, Hope and Ryder.
