She is survived by: her husband Ralph Lambert; her daughters, Debra Lambert (Burgess Hallums) of Cincinnati and Rhonda Lambert of Grayslake, Illinois; her grandchildren, Grace Hallums, Reed Hallums, Holly Pack and Emma Bechtold; her great grandchildren, Mason, Vander and Zane; and her sisters, Bonnie Massie and Karen Smith (James).
