It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ann Turner of Peebles, Ohio, born in Highland County, Ohio, who passed away on May 23, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George E. Newkirk and Emma Margaret Newkirk (Hopkins); her grandson Jared Sandlin; and her brother Charles E "Sambo" Newkirk. She is survived by: her husband Paul Turner; her children, Eddie Turner (Suzanne) of Elmville and Barbara Sandlin (Michael) of Elmville; her grandchildren, Stephanie Downey (Will) of Sinking Spring, Taylor Ott (Shane) of Blanchester and Brooke Cadwallader (Ethan) of Hillsboro; her great grandchildren, Jacob, Molly Stephens, Kinsley Ott and Colton Cadwallader; and her pet Woo Woo "Allee".
Family request in lieu of flowers be made to the Elmville Church of Christ in Christian Union.
