He is survived by: his parents, Adam Howard of Hillsboro and Brandy Murphy of Hillsboro; his grandparents, Brenda Tener of Peebles and Tony Howard (Angela) of Owensville; his great-grandparent Betty Howard of Peebles; and his sisters, Amaya Howard of California, Ava Howard of Peebles and Ally Howard of Peebles. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
