He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kidd and Ethel Kidd (Sizemore); his wife Susan Kidd (Sharp); and his siblings, Lloyd Gene Kidd, Don Kidd, Carol Blagg and Helen Sharp.
He is survived by: his sons, Wayne Kidd Jr. (Melanie) of Ironton, OH, Bill Kidd (Missy) of Pedro, OH, Eric Kidd (Michele) of Ironton, OH and Brian Kidd (Rosie) of Cromwell, IN; his siblings, Floyd Kidd (Mary) of Ironton, OH, Jack Kidd (Pam) of Pedro, OH and Joann Cox of Pedro, OH; and his close friend Lena "Jo" Lawton of Ironton, OH. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, two great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
