He was predeceased by: his parents, Linzy Turley and Garnet Whisman Turley; his wife Gladys Runyon Turley; and his siblings, George Turley, Joe Turley, Donald Turley, Betty Hamilton, Patty Scott and Mary Turley.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Morgan (Rick) of Ironton, OH, Brenda Cade (George) of Pedro, OH, Danny Turley (Pamela) and Timothy Turley (Ruthie) of Ironton, OH; and his grandchildren, Rickie Morgan, Jennifer Wilds, Donna Morgan, Kevin Cade, Emily Jenkins, Kelli Elder, Scott Turley, Vicki Majors, David Turley, Austin Turley and Kenny Browning. He is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren and nine great-great grandchildren.
